Thalassa Philosophy Conditions

    Bookings

    • To book the boat, is necessary to pay for it. Until the deposit is not made in the bank account and Thalassa Philosophy approved it , it will not be considered as booked. Deposit amount will be 50% of the booking total amount.

    Boarding regulations

    • The crew of the boat will give security instructions to the clients, if any client ignores it, they can be disembarked without the right to refund the money.

    Cancellation conditions

    • Free cancellations until 30 days before check-in. After that, guests can not ask for refund, just asking for another date
    • If due to adverse weather conditions, understood as adverse, more than 25 knots of wind and / or two meter waves, the deposit will be refunded or another available day will be offered for the excursion. Cloudy day will not be considered a reason to cancel the booking
